We are required, as industry service providers to take the necessary vetting steps before utilizing any transportation organization.

How can my company eliminate fee adjustments?
Often, all that’s required to eliminate any fee adjustments is by providing precise shipment needs. Additional cost can come from inaccurate shipment dimension, temperature requirements, security straps, how the shipment is packed.
What type of shipping service is necessary?
LTL is the typical choice for freight shipments larger than parcel or small package; usually less than 20,000 pounds. Distance, weight, dimension, temperature sensitivity, weather all participate in the decision-making process. Full truckload and refrigerated trailers are also options to take into account based on the total size of your shipment and environmental concerns. How should my products be prepared for shipping?
Product movement is one of the main causes of damage in transit. Proper packing to reduce empty space and appropriate security through pallet stacking and strapping/shrink wrapping makes all the difference. Can I track my company’s shipment?
Yes. We email the shipper a tracking link once the load is picked up. At any time, the shipper may follow the link to determine where their load is along the lane; to within 1 mile of the last ping. The tracking is updated once an hour. MORE INFORMATION
How is my product classified?
There are 18 separate classes freight ships under: 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 77.5, 85, 92.5, 100, 110, 125, 150, 175, 200, 250, 300, 400 and 500. The higher the class, the higher the rate for every hundred pounds shipped. MORE INFORMATION
What is the (BOL) Bill of Lading?
This document serves as a shipping industry receipt, providing for contract of carriage between the shipper and carrier. The BOL includes critical data: pickup/destination address, load type, class, NMFC #, packaging, description and handling instructions. MORE INFORMATION
What is the NMFC (National Motor Freight Traffic Association) number?
