A Product Makes the Load

Customers are often certain what they need.  Dedicated freight and their corresponding lanes are usually well-worn paths.  However if your load particulars have changed, then please let one of our Agents take you through the load-building steps to determine what's needed; to cost-effectively get that freight where it's going.

LTL Freight

This Less-Than-Full cargo load is not of the quantity to require an entire truckload (TL) by itself. Typically, an LTL shipment ranges from 150 to 20,000 pounds; larger than parcel, but less than a full truck trailer load.

Full Truckload Freight

Full truckload freight is a bulk or pallet shipment; utilizing the entire truck trailer; typically more than 20,000 pounds.

Intermodal Freight

This form of shipping combines trucks, ships and rail to complete the delivery process.  Combining these types of transportation can often lower the freight cost.

Expedited Freight

This type of freight is time sensitive and must be delivered quickly; typically by truck or air.  We are an ever-faster moving society; expedited freight duty is to answer the call.  

Heavy Haul / Oversized Freight

Freight of this kind, commands a load width that exceeds 8’6”, an overall load height for most states of 13’6” (although some western states are higher), and a gross weight surpassing 80,000 pounds.  Load length varies by state.  This type of shipping requires additional, insurance, permits, preparation, security, and preparation to undertake.
